Logic Pro HELP! Can't monitor with Sound Reference ID while using my DBOX+ in Logic Pro X

Hey!

So I just bought my first analog summing mixer (kind of a monitor controller too, but whatever. I bought it as an intro into analog summing). I resolved all of my I/O issues except for one big one... I can't seem to access control of my main monitor output in LPX so I can utilize plugins such as Sound Reference ID. Additionally (but less of a concert to me), I can't input mixbuss processing back in logic after returning from my DBOX+ (and be able to hear how it's impacting the mix).

Let me see if I can provide as much detail as possible in a way that is clear and concise!

I've got my 8 outputs from the apollo running to the db25 sum input of the DBOX+, stereo sum out from DBOX+ to inputs 6/7 on apollo. Mon L/R output from apollo to Analog In on DBOX+ plus the SPDIF out to AES In from apollo to DBOX+ with mirroring enabled in console. I've also got the DBOX+ USB connected to my computer (Mac Studio). All of these connections allow me some pretty cool monitoring capabilities. I can have music streaming on my computer while I work on a mix (say, a reference playlist for example), and whenever I want during the mix select "USB" on the control room section of the DBOX+ to switch over to what my computer is playing, and then vis versa. ADDITIONALLY, I can listen to the sum out from the DBOX+ before it hits the A/D converters, as well as the purely Analog signal going from apollo via Mon L/R output to the Analog In of the DBOX+. SO, needless to say, I have a lot of different points in the chain that I can listen to as it relates to the DBOX+ Analog circuitry. All of that is great and I'm enjoying immensely. Here is where the big issue comes in...

The main monitoring output is being controlled by my apollo interface... SO, when the signal comes back into logic and gets routed to an aux track which is then output to an audio track for printing... I'm not actually hearing that from my monitors. What I'm hearing is what UAD Console is outputting. The upside to this, is that I can use up to 4 high quality UA plugin emulations on the input coming from the DBOX+ in console for real-time, zero latency "mix buss" processing and set the Console monitoring section to "REC" vice 'MON" which will print the processing I do there onto the signal coming back into LPX. That's great, I can use some very high quality emulations from UA and use zero processing from my computer while doing it... BUT, what I can't do is apply any treatment to the aux track returning from the DBOX+ and hear what it is doing to the signal. To be clear, any processing I put on the DBOX+ return in LPX does get printed on the print track, but it does not go to my monitor out, so I can't hear what it's doing. Since I'm not doing any real mastering, I'm okay with it except for the issue that I can't listen with Sound Reference ID while I mix!!

One thing I CAN do, is set LPX's audio output to DBOX+ rather than my apollo... But if I do that, then it outputs via the USB part of the DBOX+, so I don't get any of the cool input switching features for monitoring different sources... So that's a non-fix for my problem.

I hope all of that makes sense. Does anybody have any ideas how to fix this, or have similar issues? If I can't figure this one issue out, then I plan on returning the DBOX+ and saving up for a different analog summing setup in the future that does not include the monitor controller feature (since that's already covered by daisy chaining my Apollo Twin with my x6). Thanks for any input!
