Logic Pro 8 Help needed, tracks panning when solo'd

Hi, i'm new to this forum, but not to logic in general... at least for a couple of months...

in one of my tunes i must have changed a setting regarding soloing and panning. when i solo any given track, it plays out of only my left speaker. i have 2 sets of speakers running, and this is true of both sets.

i even turned it onto mono just to see. other tunes are not doing this.

this setting sound familiar to anybody? probably something dumb i'm missing.

also when all other tracks are muted, there is no panning problem. its like i'd have to mute every track except the one i want to hear, if i want to hear it through both speakers.
