Logic Pro 9 Here's one I bet you can't answer???

I need to put a lot of syllables under one note. I'm trying to create a psalm chant with a reciting note at the beginning. Lyric input is getting thoroughly confused but I can't change the score spacing- or can I. Come on you experts.

You're right!

Amend your thread title to include the word score, and you might attract Doug Z.

He did the score tutorial at Groove3.(plus many other logic tuts)

Thanks GW, I found it anyway...;)

If you need to create a column of words under one note you can't do that in lyric mode. It may be you could get out of lyric mode, create another another entry below the first.

You may have to resort to standard text......

And if you find out differently, please share...

There is an inelegant work around. Highlight the lyric and option-drag it below the original to copy it. Re-type the words

Christopher,

I think you've gotten all the right advice but I'm curious about how this is supposed to appear. Anything like the attached picture (which utilizes Jay's concept)? If not, can you post or link to an example of what you're referring to from another piece of music?
