Logic Pro How do you see notation for just one track?

Logician
When I double click a midi track in the Main Window it opens a piano roll window at the bottom of the screen. When I click score there, it shows all the tracks and I can't easily find the one I was looking at in the piano roll among the 60+ tracks. How can I see the notation for just the one track I was looking at in the piano roll? I can show names and locate the track, but clicking on the name or the up arrow doesn't change anything.
TIA

Solution
You can also double click on the staff you want in the score - this will take you to the instrument level - double click on the instrument staff again and now you are at the region display level...
Um, I think I found the solution. You click on the region. Duh. I wanted to erase the question, but I can't figure out how to do that here. Clicking Edit seems the logical way but there is no delete there.
