Logic Pro How to erase transposition?

I originally had a piece in C. I made a new version after it and transposed it up to D. I erased the version in C and I want to move the later version to the beginning. I run in to problems with the transposition in the Global Tracks. One thing I cannot drag a point select anything in that Transposition lane. Occasionally I can select the whole thing and delete it, but then it is all messed up. I don't know why I have a section transposed to F#. So how can I eliminate all that transposition but still keep the notes as they are sounding now and move the whole thing to the beginning of the sequence?
Thank you in advance.

Well I could get it close to the beginning by cutting between markers, but the transposition still was at C for one measure than moved up to D where I moved the sequence to bar 2. What I don't understand is that I updated my Signatures and the transposition lines changed, but the pitches didn't.

To move the transposition track you can select the track header first then grab any line in the track and move it left or right. If you want the transposition to move with the all selected region - highlight all the regions then shift click on the transposition header to add the full transposition track the selection. If you only want part of the transposition track to move with specific select region you have to select the regions - then shift and rubber band only what is above the selected regions. If you want to delete the transposition track and start over - you can click to the right of the transpose and in the dropdown select new set.
