Logic Pro How to Make an Oscillating tone used in big trailers

So, I am new to Logic and I am trying to make a sound I hear in a lot in movie trailers/commercials. It is an oscillating tone that ramps up and then ramps down and has a really big base(low end) sound to it. So you have to listen to it on good speakers not just an iPhone or laptop speakers. I have had a sound engineer/mixer try and show me how to do it and he couldn't get it perfect...he also was trying to do it in protools. I am attaching the sound that I want to make in this message. Can someone show me how to make this? Any help would be great!!!?

I know there is a swish sound at the end...just want the oscillating tone.

This is a Synthesizer with PitchBend. I don't now which Logic Synth can do it, you got to find one that has such a sound and allows Pitchbend.

(Slightly modified preset of the AAS Ultra Analog VA-2. No extra processing, just an automated pitch bend ramp)

Basically the same procedure, pitch goes down. Those who want to control the curve would prefer pitch bend. If portamento works well, it ist better for repeated effects.

Thanks for your reply. Do you know how to make the original tone? In protools he used an oscillating tone that had some little fast wobbly sounds that slow down at the end of the effect...not only pitch down.

Mine is something like that, did not look at the waveform.
Doesn't his one (the vimeo link) rather sound like a saw/rect mixture?

We have good reasons to think that the "original" is a common synthesizer instrument. Best for you is to find one with a similar sounding preset and tweak it to your needs. It must support wide portamento or (maybe better) pitchbend over an octave or so.

To build such a sound from ground up (I could not do it) you need at least some knowledge about waveforms and modulation. This is not something to explain in a few words. That's why I suggest taking a synth preset.
