Logic Pro How to save Midi controller setup?

I have learned controller assignments for my Akai MPK keyboard to control the frequency of say the EX24 or any other synth. How do I save this learned control so when ever I open a new session it will be already be setup. Also how do you assign the knobs so when ever you open a specific plugin it will be setup for that because it seems like the knobs are setup for the first plugin and when you pull up another plugin one like a EQ the knobs still control the frequency from the other plugin

Hi,
I have noted that you cross posted this topic in a few Logic forums and you do not have a true reply yet. Well I'll try to assist you somehow...
1. Bear in mind that the Logic Controller Assignment dialog is great regarding it's structure but not well organized as "Saving/Loading", floating midi ports etc.
Your custom assignments are stored automatically in a file named com.apple.logic.pro.cs which is placed into Users/User/Library/Preferences
2. Regarding the quote above. The Logic Channel Strip slots use an internal midi channelization law. When you move a given Insert plugin from one slot to another its "internal" midi channel is changed which kills your Controller Assignment.
Apple has to create CA IDs to solve that I guess...
