Logic Pro 8 How to stop Logic resetting CC01?

Hi there

I have got Logic to hold the values of all other CC's through stop and start commands, but for some reason CC01 always gets reset to zero. I have all the boxes in the 'reset messages' preference panel unchecked.

Any ideas?
