Hi, I have a midi KORG nano controller with no mod wheel. Is there a way to assign one of it's faders to control the MOD wheel in Kontakt?
I know how to midi learn controls, but I can't get it to work with the mod wheel in Logic / Kontakt.
Thanks

have you read the chapter on the environment and transformers, this will be very usefulYou can use the environment for this.

Basically you can insert a transformer between the Keyboard and the sequencer input (by using cables) You then open the transformer and chooser which data gets transformed to CC1.

Alternatively if you just want it for one track, load a MIDI instrument and cable the transformer between that and the Kontakt CS, then use the MIDI instrument in the arrange track instead of the Kontakt.

I have a ready made transofrmer here:

http://mediamusicforum.com/logic-environment-downloads.html

Which is already set up to transform pitchwheel direct to Modwheel CC1.
