The mix sounds good but when I bounce only the low end bounces. I NEED HELP!

Everything I have ever bounced out of logic now does the same problem within itunes

I guess nobody understood the statement "only the low end bounces". What does that mean? The sound gets cut off above a certain frequency or are the heights not loud enough or what?
And what about this iTunes thing? Do you listen the mix and iTunes through the same speakers? How does your piece sound if you listen to the bounced track, .aiff or .wav?
