Logic Pro 9 I think I might have found a bug? Moving Tracks...

Someone in Logic 9 do me a favor? Open about 5 different tracks, audio, soft synths and fill each track with some noise! Now try and use the duplicate track button and duplicate the top track, then the track that is created drag it so it's the bottom track in the arrange window. When you get it there is it a different track then the one you started out dragging? It is for me...

that happens all the time to me. i grab a track to move, when i get it where i want it, its not the same track i started with. kind of irritating. sometimes takes multiples tries to get things where i want.
also, is there a way to move tracks on the mixer page?
