Logic Pro 8 I want to like Logic but agggghhhhh!

hi all

I bought Logic 8 a while ago and I find it anything but logical.

I have created a 16 bar loop and I want to copy it and it copies fine but it seems overtime that the whole thing looses time....I am thinking that it must be the looped blocks arent quantised properly to snap to the next bar when copying....is there a way to snap to grid?

Again I am not talking so much about the individual notes but when copying and pasting patters to extend the track.

Is the actual region length itself exactly 16 bars? How are you copying them? Are you using the repeat function? Are you option dragging? What is your snap mode set to?

We need more info in order to answer properly.
