Logic Pro 9 iMovie into Logic (how to save)?

I've made an edited movie using iMovie. I've brought(imported) it into Logic 9 with no problem. I've edited and added a few (Logic) sound tracks and when I click the video screen in Logic it plays back fine. But, when I save it...there is No save as a movie in Logic 9 (that I can find)...I saved as but it ended up to be the audio file only. Don't we have choices to save as Mp4 or avi or mov. etc.? where are they? thanks Happy New Year!

I think this is only available when Logic 9 is in 32 bit mode, so presumably you are in 64 bit.

Open Logic in 32 bit. (To do this go to Application folder in Finder, cmd + i and click on Logic icon, then tick "open in 32 bit")

File >Export to movie

Or:

Ctrl click in the Global Track video timeline, there you get the option to export to movie.

iMovie vid into Logic (sound)

I did as you suggested, easy to change Logic into 32byte. Yes, I was running it in 64. Yes, there is Export (audio) and I did this. the file was very small 8kbs and VLC nor Quicktime could play it. Nor could I Import into iMovie or even iTunes.
I'm confused...I figured that I'd just save the audio (Logic 9.14) file along with the video that I had Imported into Logic. But, I get no audio on any versions I've saved. But, I can watch the video with sound in Logic no problem.

What am I missing?

The Logic (File) are save/export audio. Doesn't it just add the audio and I can save as a whole mp4 video with sound? Help! thanks

IN my original post I made a mistake and said it only saved it as audio. Sorry, but it only saved the Logic file as the mp4 movie (without sound).

Be sure you're using the correct menu item. I believe it's called "Export Audio to Movie" and when you follow the steps, at one point you're asked which tracks to include, and usually given the option to include the audio that's already there in the movie. If you've imported that audio into your Logic project for mixing purposes, then you don't need a duplicate, so click somewhere away from the track in that window to deselect it. If you're just monitoring the audio from the mp4 in your Logic project, you'll need to keep it, so just keep going without clicking. You'll be asked where to save and what to name it, so do that and you're golden.
