I think there should be a feature to easily get a Channel Strip Setting via e-mail and be able to open it in Logic with an added..."Load Channel Strip Settings" choice.

FTR, you can do that now, but it will take a few steps.

Save your channel strip setting.
Email it from it's stored location in your Library to your destination.
Place it in the proper Library location on the new system.
Call it up from a channel strip in the new destination session.
