Export your DP project as an OMF file.
In Logic, File>Open, or File>Import.
You'll have to add the plug-ins back in afterwards.
I've had great success opening large and small DP and Cubase OMF files into Logic.
Both the Logic and DP manuals have excellent chapters on transferring files.
