Logic TDM Insert Plugins GUI sluggish

This includes both TDM and Core Audio plugs, assigning inputs and outputs as well. I thought this was a Kontakt issue, but not so shure. any Help?? I am using

LP8
PT HD 7.4cs7
Mac os 10.4.11 (same behavior in 10.4.9)
QT 7.5 ((same behavior in 7.4))
Motu 828 MKII w/ latest driver (same behavior w/older versions)
Soundflower most recent version

Waves SSL bundle ver 6.0

It is indeed a Kontakt issue.
