Logic Pro Issues moving from OSX Mojave to OSX Sequoia

I’ve been running logic 10 on Mojave successfully with a pod go wireless and a focusrite 18i20 set up as an aggregate device with an old eleven rack connected via spdif to the 18i20. My Logic Pro has always been set to 44.1 hz. I did not think the aggregate device would work for me as the pod go can only use 48hz and I’m controlling everything through the focusrite. However, I did not have any issues on Mojave and so have tried to use the same setup on a new hard disk installation of sequoia. Sound sometimes stops when I’m inputting from the pod go. If I switch it off and then on again it works for a while but it’s unstable.

I’m trying to stay using 44.1 as all my existing recordings use that. I realise the problem is likely to be that the aggregate device is set to 44.1 and the pd is 48 so I think I have 2 options and would like some guidance if possible.

Firstly, I could remove the pod go from the aggregate device, use just the focusrite and then use the audio outputs from pod go into the focusrite.

Secondly, I could set the aggregate device to 48hz and then use this on all new projects but I would then have to convert my existing projects to 48hz as currently playing existing projects when logic is set to 48 results in audio problems as you’d expect.

As I’m still using the same iMac I’m a little confused why the same setup worked on Mojave and logic 10 doesn’t work on logic 11. Perhaps I was just incredibly lucky but I wonder if I am just doing something stupid. I’d appreciate any views as to why this may have happened and what would be the best approach to move forward given the 2 options above. Unless of course there is a third simple option that have not considered. Thanks for any thoughts!.
