Logic Pro 9 Key command woes

Hello to all,
I need help. I'm under the gun with a ton of work to do and little time left with deadline looming...

I just lost all my key commands on my mac pro.
I have logic 9 on a laptop, but forgot how to import the key commands.
I thought it was stored on the com.apple.logic.pro.cs file, but it wont let me import from that from within key commands. I also tried the plist file to no avail.

Also, should I trash my prefs at this point?
I forgot how to do that as well.

You need to export/import a key command file from within the local menu in the key commands window. It's a separate file independent of the preferences.
