(Late 2011) Macbook Pro / Dual monitor display - how?

(New in Macworld, new with Logic 🙂)

What is the best/efficient way of getting 2 external monitors to work with my macbook pro? I can use 1 display adapter to plug in the HDMI monitor. Would like to have monitor display.
