Logic Pro latency in large template

Hi, I've got a large orchestral template across 2 computers (Mac Pro & PC slave) both running 32gb ram. Logic Buffer set to 256 which works fine when recording. Trouble is when I play back it is slightly out, and quantising puts it further out. What's the best solution for this? I don't want to increase buffer as playing latency is too big. Any suggestions?
