Logic Pro 9 Lion wont load Logic pro 9

hi guys i recently bought a new i Mac that runs on Lion but for some reason it refuses to load logic pro it gives me a default this is frustrating is there something that i cud be doing wrong?

the default message that come up says "Logic pro quitting unexpectedly"

What or how did you install Logic? What was your last system? Did you use migration assistant?

Logic works fine on Lion.

I downloaded a logic software up-date and walah I'm back on the game.
