Logic Pro 9 Logic 3rd party pluggins don't pass AU on new user

I am wanting to set up a new user in the system preferences on my mac so my son can use my G5 running logic 8 pro and other pluggins. When I launch
logic when I'm logged into the new user profile none of the 3rd party pluggins pass the AU test. Obviously the new user profile is not seeing any of the
authorizations or folders. Does anyone know of a way to make this work? Everything runs fine when I'm logged on as the Administrator but I want to
be able to restrict parts of the mac when my son is using it.

Any ideas?

Thanks
