Logic Pro 9 Logic 9.1.1 screen flashing for alerts

Hi,

I've just upgraded from 8 to 9. Version 9.0 works fine. When I install 9.1.1 all system alerts are converted to screen flashes as if the setting in Universal Access were on (which it isn't). I've chucked prefs. and repaired permissions any other thoughts welcome. Thanks.

This is a new function. Having an optical warning signal means, using Logic on stage, or with musicians wearing headphones, a user error won't result in any unpleasant warning tones reaching those who shouldn't hear them.

Ah! Thank you. That makes sense. I don't use Logic live so didn't think of that.
