This just in from Miami...
The Winter Music Conference is winding down this weekend and the International Dance Music Awards announced that in the BEST DAW for 2011 was....: (Roland TR-909 drum-roll, please!!)

That's right, Logic 9 beat out Ableton Live 8, Pro Tools 10, Image-Line FL Studio 10 & Propellerhead's Reason 6 for phantasmagorical-ness in a DAW.
One has to wonder how many actual DAW users even voted in this rather small pool of registrants but I figure it's better than nothing to hear that Logic got kudos somewhere...🙄 😉
