Logic Pro Logic Environment messy faders and strange behaviour

Hello, please I need your help. I am creating a template for my music. I have a HUGE problem - Logic Environment, I need to add some connections there but ALL faders are messy, when you try to move them they change position, sometimes one is hidden under another, they do some RANDOM! things - sorry but I am more and more often having thoughts to give up logic after many years and move to Cubase. Please I am attaching file, anyone can help me to sort it out? I am desperate. The random behaviour with no way to connect things, when you select faders is all different, they change positions etc. I would be very grateful for your expert help.

Sorry I was unavailable for a bit.....
You seem to have a corruption in the environment.... What was the source of the project originally - was it an older version of Logic?
