What is the OS requirement for this version? I googled it and the Apple support page said V 12.3.

But it prompted me to switch to the Canada site, and when I did, it said Logic 10.7.7 required macOS 11.5.

Maybe if I move to Italy I can run it on High Sierra?

The App Store indicates macOS 12.3 or later.

Yes, MacOS 12.3 or newer. As a guideline, a current version of logic will run on the current and last versions of MacOS.
