Logic Pro 9 Logic Pro 9 and Logic Pro X

I am wondering about the differences because I just installed Logic Pro X and it seems a bit watered down, kind of wondering about why and how it works if you are using both versions (if that is possible).

Hi Jack. It does look a bit watered down when you first look at it, but it's not. Go to Preferences - Advanced - and then tick the "Show Advanced Tools" box. If that isn't ticked, it will be more like Garage Band. If you're still running Mavericks (which I am) then Logic 9 will happily co exist with Logic X. I think Logic 9 may be a bit slow and flaky on Yosemite. Hope that helps.
