Logic Pro 9 Logic Studio 9 EDU/Inst.

My wife is a prof. at a local University where I occasionally adjunct.
We were able to get last version of Logic thru the bookstore for a great price.
It is an Education copy so no upgrade I'm afraid.
Less than $200. I am interested if anyone has found this institutional pricing on Logic 9?
