Hello,
I would like to know if Logic Studio 9 accepts 3rd party plugins like Native instruments-Kontakt,massive,FM7 ,Guitar rig etc.Are there any settings in the plug in or Logic studio to do during installation to get them to work with no issues?

Can Nuendo or Cubase projects be opened directly on Logic Studio?

You have to make sure you install the Audio Units version of the plugins. Logic will then detect them automatically.

You can't open Cubase or Nuendo projects directly in Logic.

I have the Komplete libraries, as well as Kore 2, and they seem pretty awesome to me, no major issues. just make sure you are running recent versions of the plug-ins (for example, Intakt is no longer supported, as is a few of the plug-ins that are about 3 or 4 years old).

You can just log into your NI account and download the updates, or use Service Center.

No Cubase or Nuendo will not open in Logic... try making an OMF file, that should work, but I feel the easiest way is to do this:

Make a Standard midi file or your VI tracks, and be sure to note what they are, and what patch they have loaded.

Bounce all data out of your DAW as audio tracks. You can decide to do with with FX or not.

Boot Logic, open the SMF, and then drag into Logic all the audio files made by the bounce in Cubase, starting at the top of your song. Load all the VI's and patches to their midi tracks.

you should be good to go, hit play, and start to mix
