Logic Pro Logic X to iTunes sharing problem

What is the problem because my mac stops running Logic X when I try to share a song to iTunes?

Please explain how you are trying to do this?

File -> Share -> Song to iTunes (then it crashes without doing what asked). It used to work just fine. Problems seemed to start after 10.10.4

Could it have something to do with iTunes 12.2.1

I'm getting the same thing. I didn't use the direct connection to iTunes very often, but it was convenient for quick jobs. I'm guessing that it is the new version of iTunes (12.2.1.*) that is the problem because it worked fine prior to that release of iTunes. I'll send this in via the Logic Pro X feedback.

Sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you. Yes, I have the same problem with the Sharing command. However, within the normal Bounce command, there is a checkbox to send to iTunes. This works for me.

Un-check "Share iTunes Library XML with other applications" in the preferences advanced tab of iTunes.
