Logic Pro 9 Logics WAV file bounces. Clicking sounds & distortion

Hi all I don't know if this has already been posted but anyway I bounce my tracks from logic 9 to a WAV file , 24 bit , 44100 sample rate with normalize turned off and upload to soundcloud and I get this horrible random clicking sound and some distortion on the low end.. None of these things happen within logic itself pre bounce?

Does it sound distorted on the bounced version before SoundCloud, or is it only the SoundCloud posted version that sounds distorted?
