Logic Pro 9 LP9 Strange input Transposition and no MTP MIDI output!

After using LP9 for months on my system, this morning all-of-a-sudden it started transposing all inputs up 12 notes (an octave). The input on the transport says that the notes are correct - that is if I press C3 on my controller it says, yes, it's receiving C3. But the audio it's creating from audio instruments is C4. Whether Vienna, Play, EXS24 or anything. All up an octave. I've attempted to see if the MIDI output is the same, but, strangely, LP9 will not ouput MIDI at all to my MTP AV. I've downloaded the newest drivers from MOTU, but no change. In fact, it appears that Clockworks doesn't communicate with the MTPAV once Logic boots.

All super strange. Of course, I can put a transposer before the physical input and fix it...but I'd rather figure out what the heck is going on.

Put Logic into record and undo the transposition (set it to 0). Just has the same issue, but it was down a semi tone...
