Be in Edit Mode, select plug-in in channel strip, look at inspector. First tab is Plug-in Library....... Like Logic, the library only works on native, not 3rd party, plug-ins.
Logic does actually allow one to save plugin presets for 3rd-party plugins. One can save those presets into the Library and browse them in the Library tab.

:eeek: I never paid attention to that! I knew they could be saved, didn't realize they'd show up in the Library. I guess I should open the Library more often.
And you're right - MainStage doesn't seem to access that - not sure why.
