Logic Pro 9 Marquee tool cursor wont change into a hand.

Hey.

Trying to make a marquee selection on a region for shifting a phrase back by some beats using Flex. I make the selection with marquee tool but the cursor wont change into a hand when i position it at the top part of the selection area. Now I cant move my selection. Suggestions?

Hey guys.

Figured this one out! I make the selection when not in flex mode with normal cursor which turns into marquee in the lower half of the phrase. When I then switch to flex mode I get to drag with the hand. Then I exit flex view and the portion is shifted without cutting regions.
