Logic Pro 9 MIDI Connection Lost

Hi all,

For some reason my project has lost the connection between my midi tracks and their VIs, the caps-keyboard still works perfectly.

The last thing I did was to translate a kick drum track to midi. After that it stopped working. Not even new tracks works.

I've looked into the environment for the project and all seems fine.

What gives?

Have you tried to revert to an earlier version and taken a closer look at the differences between the 2 versions?

I'm sure you have restarted everything as well, right?

Restart was the first test.

Thing is it's a template without VIs and I tried a new one using the same template, same error.

Might have to rebuild my template :/

I found the error while rebuilding the template. If I pack some midi regions into a folder and then put that folder region on a track that's not of the folder type it will not send midi.
