Logic Pro 9 MIDI Issues

When I import midi files from another session it does not sync with the current session. Notes are playing correctly but in some other tempo. How to import midi files without tempo information ? Am I missing or doing something wrong?

Need some help. Thanks anyway.

Logic 9, Mac Pro 8 core 2.26Ghz, 6 Gb 1066 ram, OS 10.6.8.
