Mio Console unreliably saving Analogue Output Trims

Subject says it all - neither with console connect OR saving in the Mio Console App am I getting reliable saving and recall of the Analog Output trims of my ULN-8 and LIO-8. Mini nightmare.

Any advice or similar experience?
