+1 here.
The best book about mixing I ever had.
If one considers to buy it, be aware that there is not much technical stuff in the book. Its all about methods, brain, the mind, the art of mixing. And a lot of astonishing simple techniques to achieve a certain result.

To add to that, here are some technical books that have lots of good stuff in it. I should also add for the sake of "full and fair disclosure" that the reason I know that the unreleased book has good stuff is...I am an editor of the music books for the publishing company. :)

The Mixing Engineer's Handbook, 2nd Edition by Bobby Owsinsky. This is the classic technical mixing technique handbook, updated a few years ago.

Creative Mixing in 5.1 Surround by John McDaniel (March 2009). Lots of great techniques for surround mixing!

The Art of Mixing, 2nd Edition. If I could start all over and could only learn from one book I'd hope it would be this one. It's better than the bible and is right up there with the Kama Sutra.
