Monitoring through Motu 828

Hi,
I've just started using an ancient piece of hardware..the motu 828...
(I needed to record more than 2 channels at a time so I had to stop using my trusty old Mbox).

Everything works fine with my Logic 9(Core audio) BUT I can only monitor 2 channels at a time unless I'm in software monitoring mode which results in latency(and is totally unnecessary since I don't record with effects to HD)....

Is this just "the way it is" or is there some way around this problem?

Any ideas or advice would be most welcome...

Are you using the CueMix DSP software from MOTU? This will allow you to monitor all your inputs and mix them...

The problem is that I can't seem to use(or find) the CueMix Dsp software that will work with 10.6.5...the original software came with the 828 when I had a G3.

Any ideas where I can find a more modern version? I've looked on motu's website...it doesn't seem to exist there...
