Logic Pro move samples and loops off of my startup disk to another SSD?

My startup disk is a 250 GB SSD. It is getting filled up and I attribute various problems to having less than the recommended 20% free space. I see that Apple loops and samples take up a lot of space. Is it possible to move them off of my startup disk? How would I go about this so that it does not mess things up for Logic X?
Thanks in advance.

10.4.2 has a new function for moving the Logic audio library to another drive.

Found under under Logic Pro X/ Sound Library/ Relocate Sound Library.

Recently moved mine works fine so far.
