Logic Pro 9 Moving or inserting events in notation editor

Hi together,
if I move for example a note in the notation editor or insert an double barline in Logic 8 there was a little yellow popup-window which shows me the exact position. This popup is gone in logic 9. Does anyone know how to get it back.

I still see it here when I hold down the mouse and move the note.

Maybe I should add that I work on a Powermac G5 (2x2Ghz)
Could this be a reason?
