Logic Pro Moving specific piano notes from LH to RH or vice versa

I am editing a MIDI import of a piano piece. The configured split points for left hand vs. right hand work about 60% of the time -- but what do I do to move arbitrary notes from one hand to the other? For example, I have a dyad which takes both hands but both notes are below C3. How do I get the higher of them in the right hand staff? Please don't suggest the "Voice Staff Assignment: Staff above voice" because it moves the note but leaves it on the same stem as the original note (see before and after images) -- unless there is a second step to break that stem. Much thanks for help on this!

I should add that all my MIDI notes for this piano piece are currently on the same channel.

I figured it out: I set the Staff Style for the complete piano part to one which split the hands across two channels. Once I did that, I had access to the Voice Separation tool which lets you draw lines to divide left from right parts at arbitrary places.
