Logic Pro New Mac advice needed

I'm planning to buy a new computer. I'm leaning toward buying a:

NEW Apple iMac | 27" 5k Retina Display | i7 SKYLAKE quad core | 4.0Ghz | 32GB Ram | 1TB Fusion | AMD Radeon R9 M390 2gb Graphics |

Is this a good system to run Logic Pro X?

How many audio/software instrument tracks can I expect this little puppy to pump out with out the CPU choking?

I'd appreciate hearing your advise, pro & cons.

Thanks

This old benchmark could give you a rough idea... Keep in mind that Logic remains (even after latest improvement in that tegard) somewhat klunky with CPU resource management, and requires the user to be cautious about his routing... Also to consider that some new plugins like Alchemy could be pretty much more demanding than those used in the benchmark. And that is not to mention about 3rd party plugins. In short, it is not possible to give a precise answer.

when you get it just pull out the fusion drive and put in an SSD (cheaper if you buy from a 3rd party supplier). Big leap in performance and you will have an external drive to use as a backup.
