I have a Power Pc G5 with Tiger 10.4.11, which, when I bought it 10 years or so ago, had Logic Pro 8.0.2 installed. First question... EXS24 sounds... I can hear almost all the instruments on the loops, but if I want to control for example a cello in a recording, it says it cannot be found. The same with a great quantity of the instruments named in the list. I won't be able to re-install as I haven't got the installation DVD's. Is there anything I can do? Can I buy these plug-ins in packs, like "Strings" for example? And where?
Secondly, could I add sampled instrument sounds to my Logic library... for example a really good piano or Hammond sample? If so, any suggestions? Thankyou..
