I am using Logic Pro 9. How do I bounce a project to convert to an MP3? When I try to Bounce the project non of the vocal tracks are included in the MP3, only the music tracks convert. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Carley and welcome to the wonderful world of Logic. You seem to have a two part question here, I'll try and answer both separately.

1. You bounce to an mp3 by choosing MP3 as the Destination format on the left side of the Bounce dialogue window.

2. Possible reason your vocals are excluded from your bounce: when you bounce, you are bouncing the audio that arrives at a physical output of your audio interface. If any tracks are being omitted from the bounce, it is likely they are somehow not reaching the physical output. Either they are muted, or possibly routed to another destination.

-To elaborate on what Eli has suggested, (and he's smarter about Logic than I, 😉, but I digress...)
Make sure your vocal tracks are ultimately routed to the Stereo Outputs.
I will assume that you are not sending these vocal tracks to a summing bus etc. or aux group etc.
On the individual audio channel strips (in the mixer window,) verify that these channels are in fact outputting to the Stereo Output bus.
I agree with Eli, you are probably simply not directing those tracks to go to the Stereo bus.
Give that a try & let us know what happens next.

Welcome to Logic!
