Logic Pro New to LPX, audio problem

Hi team!

Please forgive me as I'm extremely new to Logic and production software in general.

I've recently downloaded Logic Pro X and am trying to to learn it using a Novation Launchkey Mini. Here's a youtube link to show you my problem...

I can't work out why the instruments do this when i load them, and it' probably something to do with the midi controller but i can't work it out. The instrument just reverbs or drones when i load it. Sometimes i can still play keys through the sound strangely enough.

Please help!

Does it happen for all instruments?

What patch are you trying to play?

Check you connections, could be an audio feedback problem.
