So, I've been using logic for a while but mainly as a platform to record and mix real instruments.
I just bought some string samples from the Kirk Hunter set (the exs solo string set), and need to know how to use them in Logic. I've used logic's software instruments before, but never external samples. I imagine I'd just record a midi sequence on my keyboard and assign a sound to the channel as I do with the software instruments, but I don't know how to do this seemingly basic thing.
