Logic Pro 9 no au components anymore

Hi,

in ths folder are my au plugins: Library>Audio>Plug-ins>Components. Since yesterday Logic doesn't find them, audio-unit-manager doesn't start. This happens in 32 and 64 bit mode.

Do I have to delete a certain preference file?
