Logic Pro No Synchronisation possible

Dear all,

today I bought logic pro x and wanted to connect/ sync it with my akai mpk 225.
but there is a problem.
somehow file->project preferences->synchronisation does not appear in my logic.

why does this not appear ? can you help me please, im devastated !

Hi there, welcome the the LUG. Perhaps you need to switch advanced tools on. You will find the setting in the preferences, so you only need to do this once.
