Logic Pro Odd pop

When recoding my guitar via USB into a Logic every 30secs or every minute I get an odd pop/hiccup for a split second. Not a huge problem but enough to waste every recording

Did you try increasing the buffer size? What interface? How much RAM do you have?

Sorry for delay in replying and thanks for your response. If I increase buffer then the latency becomes unacceptable. I have a Mac with maximum ram and USB Codec guitar specific lead which performs faultlessly in BIAB and other software . The "Pop" glitch only occurs in Logic. I notice today someone else has the exact same problem of a Pop making recordings unusable when recording voice via a mike.
